Empty Inbox

Copper Contributor

Hi all,

After using Thunderbird it recently made sense to start using Outlook. So I configured the Outlook account exactly the same as the Thunderbird account.

All of the folders have email except the Inbox. there are at least 207 read emails in my Inbox.

How do I get Outlook to see them also? I did verify with provider's webmail the messages are still there.

Thanks,

Chris

Were you using POP3 on Thunderbird? If so it would have downloaded them and removed them from the server.
When you say "provider's webmail" - you've posted this in Office 365, so do you mean your provider is Office 365, or some other web hosting provider? If the latter I would suggest you work through the issue with them.
It was IMAP for both, and yes the issue is with Network Solutions. Will have to see if they are having issues.
