Duck Game Crashes

I am hoping that someone here might be able to steer me in the right direction. I have posted in the game's forum, but I am not receiving any support there. I have a new laptop running Windows 11. We are getting frequent game crashes while playing Duck Game. I am wondering if it is a compatibility issue as the game is older. Any help would be GREATLY appreciated.
