"Certificate is revoked"

HI .Net Pros! 

I am tring to install "ndp48-x86-x64-allos-enu"  getting error 

Installation did not succeed 

"Certificate is revoked"  I can see the cert expired in 2020.  How do we install this when our application needs this version?
