Remove a modification package from Windows 11 22H2.

I am unable to remove a MSIX "modification package" from Windows 11 22H2. In "App add-ons & downloadable content" the buttons Move / Uninstall is grayed out. In Windows 10 this is possible.
Is this a feature or a bug?

Uninstall modidification package is possible on Server 2019, Server 2022, Windows 10.
Not on Windows 11. Anyone else experiencing this behavior?

Windows 11 22H2 and I am also getting issues where Add-ons cannot be uninstalled.

Might be time to raise a ticket with Microsoft on this...
