The behavior of our Trio 8800 devices running in islands mode joining Teams meetings has recently changed. They have started automatically muting and announcing to the room "You've been muted; press *6 to unmute".
I've tried scheduling Skype meetings instead of Teams and I don't hear the announcement. I've backleveled the firmware in the Trio device and it still happens. It doesn't happen on the Teams Room Systems we have, nor if I have the meeting dial out to a regular telephone.
The new behavior began maybe a month ago and it is annoying my users. Anyone else having the same issue? Any ideas on how to stop it?
