Voice mail option is not available in my Teams app > calls setup

Hi all,

It is weird that the voice mail option is not available in my Teams app > calls > calling handling and forwarding setup.

I take a look at my Teams account voicemail policy setup, it looks fine to me.  Voice mail is turn-on. 

Any thoughts?

I ran the same PS script on another account for setting up the Teams phone, and the voice mail works. I don't see the above issue.
Any thoughts?
