Shared file or other - notifications when updates - confirmation when employees become aware

Hi there,

 

We are a team of 10 employees working in clinical research in the healthcare system.

We have many projects going on at the same time and we often change something or have updates on them. We have remote, in person, partial and full time employees. It becomes hard to notify all of them everytime there is an updates on a project. 

I would like to have a file, an app or whatever in TEAMS where we could add updates, where all the team would be notify, then they would have to check something or put their initial somewhere telling us they have become aware of that change or update. Ideally, this last part would not notify all the group everytime.

Would you know if that exist or if you have any suggestion for me.

@Dom_Martel for something out-of-the-box, have a look at the Updates app.

 

In your case, you would “request” and update with the information you want to share and then everyone else would “submit” a response which would be confirmation that they’ve read your content.
