Hi, i'm using the new teams app for University and Personal Stuff. If i log-in my first account logged is the university account and, if i want to switch it's like a new teams page is open letting ALSO the previous opened. If i go to close the previous account window, all teams service will be closed, closing also the one i want to stay opened. It is simply horrible. Please just improved the account switcher system making a true switch from account to account letting just an instance opened. Thank you!17Views0likes0CommentsActivity reminder in Shifts tab?
Hi guys, Does anyone know if we can add a reminder to an activity during a shift in the shifts tab? Preferably so that this comes up as a notification via the app for whoever's shift it is? New to Teams and looking to roll this out across the team but want to make sure everything we need is available before doing so. At work, I have had skype as our primary messaging app for considerable years. But now, my team is moving towards using Teams group. I have Teams desktop application installed alongside Skype. In using the Teams app, I am facing a major problem of NOT noticing chat/team/group messages. The taskbar icon just has a static message counter on it. If someone messages me while I have stepped out, I won't notice the static taskbar icon and will miss it until a new message arrives or as late as the next day. It is not all noticeable. Quick replies are expected of an instant messaging app (I know it is much more than an IM app) I have never faced such an issue with Skype as the highlight on the skype taskbar icon keeps blinking until I read all the messages. There is a feature to use windows based notifications but windows notifications are not that great. Is anyone else facing such issues? Any solution is really appreciated.5.2KViews1like5CommentsWebinar on Customer Intelligence in Microsoft Teams

Hello Microsoft Community, I hope you are all doing well! I'm reaching out with a query related to Microsoft Teams Rooms and some specific functionalities we are trying to enable. We are looking for guidance on how to allow all users to forward meetings and add external parties to our Microsoft Teams Rooms. Our organization has recently adopted Microsoft Teams Rooms to enhance collaboration and communication, but we've encountered some challenges in configuring these rooms to meet our specific needs. We have two primary requirements: 1. Meeting Forwarding: We want all users to have the capability to forward meetings scheduled in our Microsoft Teams Rooms to other team members. This feature is important for flexibility and ensuring that meetings are effectively managed. 2. Adding External Parties: Additionally, we want to enable the ability to add external parties (e.g., clients, partners) to our Microsoft Teams Room meetings via forwarding the email. This is crucial for our external collaborations and ensuring seamless communication. We've been exploring the Teams admin settings and documentation, but we haven't been able to find clear instructions on how to achieve these objectives. Has anyone successfully configured their Microsoft Teams Rooms to enable these features? If so, could you please share your insights, guidance, or any steps that worked for you? We would greatly appreciate any assistance or advice you can offer. Your experience and expertise would be invaluable in helping us make the most of Microsoft Teams Rooms for our organization. Thank you in advance for your contributions and support! Best regards, UtsavP7.4KViews0likes3CommentsTemas Public Preview - Not keeping the settings
Hi all, Not sure if anyone is having the same issue but recently, we notice that the Teams Public Preview toggle box is unticking automatically and every morning I need to ticked back again not to mention, that I've notice is going back to the "classic" settings where chats and teams are separated. The only around is to quit teams and reopen and it goes back to the new streamline chats & channels all in one place. Also, just this week alone I got about 4 updates on Teams, any seem the same behaviour?421Views3likes4CommentsTeams meeting history
Seems like I have to be missing something, but I can't find this anywhere: where do I see a history of meetings I have joined in Teams (e.g., when I joined, when it stopped, and the duration)? I see "calls" under "History" in the "Activity" space, but don't see meetings, and through searching on here and online more generally, don't see a way to get that info.271KViews2likes14Comments
