VAAC Latency

I am hoping someone can help me.  We have been shuffled around the Microsoft Support world and no one seems to be able to help us.  We are using the VAAC API to get data on Queues in Teams.  The docs say that we can expect 30 minutes latency or maybe more.  We are seeing latency as long as seven days!  Is this normal?  The average latency is over four hours.  Is this what we should expect?

@Mitch_Weiss I think it should not take 7 days. And you already logged it at Microsoft?

We have opened several support tickets. No one supports this API.
