Is possible change the text and the audio when a user have a TeamsComplianceRecordingPolicy asigned in the user of teams and is recording yours calls?

"Policy applied to one or more participants requires this call to be logged"

No we cannot customize the banner notification. I would recommend to open a microsoft user voice for the same.
