Been struggling for a long time to get transcriptions working in Teams. Was on the phone with MS support regarding the issue. They checked all the settings in Teams Admin Center. Everything is and has been configured correctly for a long time.
The rep informed me that this is a "known issue" referenced:
Some users may have been unable to access the Microsoft Teams service.

I'm not believing this is the problem. Rep said it's a waiting situation. GRRRRRRRRRRR
