Teams web client is stuck in a login loop

Teams web client in Windows is stuck in a login loop on many different browsers and asks to allow the cookies of 3rd party apps, event they are allowed and the related links are already added in the browser.
The issue exists also in In-Private window and other networks. No additional antivirus program is used.
