Teams computer policy in stead of user policy

Hi, 

I see lots of posts about Teams policies applied for users, but is it possible to create a policy for a group of computers/IP's in stead of users? 

We want our users to be able to use all functions of Teams on their local computer, but restrict the use of video calls when that same user is using Teams on his virtual desktop. So user policies won't work here.

Teams being an Electron app doesn't really have support for "computer" configuration, no GPOs, not reg settings, just some JSONs stored locally (no idea if there's a video call settings in those).
