Starting new meeting on iPad app

Copper Contributor

A new meeting on the iPad app seems to last about a second before exiting the meeting for me. I did not seem to have that issue on my Linux machine. I assume this is something that will be resolved with a software update. Does anybody think I'm doing something incorrectly?

Hi @hassannoon

See if you can update it. If not, try uninstalling and reinstalling the app.

Teams is officially supported on the last two IoS/IPadOS so that's IPadOS 13/14, but elsewhere in the official literature specifies that IoS 11+. Some features like background blur need a minimum of IoS12.

If the issue persists raise a bug here:

And if you have a paid subscription open a support ticket referencing that bug. If you do not have paid support then post here: https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us

Hope that answers your question
