When we are updating some of the phonenumbers in the ActiveDirectory we can see these phonenumbers in the contact information in Outlook. Strange thing is that some of our collegues cannot see the updated phonenumber in Teams, Outlook is not a problem.
Is there somebody else that have also these problems or maybe someone knows a solution for it?
Hi, the information can take some time to populate. I assume your synchronizing your changes with AAD Connect. If you see the changes in other cloud apps, but not in Teams, usually a manual sign out / sign in will refresh the information.
