Loop App Unable to Pin on Left Rail of Microsoft Teams

I have tried to pin Microsoft Loop app on the left rail of Teams, but it does not stay pinned. Other apps do. See image below. Is this a known issue?

@WillDeHaan THat is a strange one. Can you check with your co-workers if they can? If they can't it could be time to create a ticket at Microsoft.

This is also happening in my workplace (the university uses with Microsoft 365).
