Hi all,
I have some guest accounts, of some external people, to my company, who can not access chat during conferences. On one-on-one calls chat is available, they can access and use it. This fails only if we are in a conference. Their domain is not federated, they only exist as guests in my tenant, as they were invited from Azure.
Guest account type: Identities ExternalAzureAD
What could cause this?
