I'm looking for a way to be able to make a one-click video call in teams via a shortcut on the desktop.
So the setup is the following;
We have a touchscreen build into a mediawall.
There we need to be able to let customers call an internal user. Therefore we have the touchscreen with 1 shortcut on the desktop "CALL RECEPTION" f.e.
this should open a teams window, calling the correct person (this works with the callto:Email address removed protocol) but not only with audio, but directly activating a videocall.
does anyone have any idea how to make this possible?
