Maybe some of you have faced with similar problem, we have a colleague that is changing her surname. We have usernames example: haha@Xxxx.com and we have haha.hahaha@xxxx.com, where haha is a username and haha.hahaha is name and surname. If you try to invite throw the username Teams invitations work, if you try to invite name and surname teams invitations do not work ... This begins to happen when I changed her surname. The usernames and name and surnames is also available and work for external invitations. The invite is receive on the email, if I try to chat the user is receiving into the email, but when user try to change the org. in Teams (because is invited form external) the Teams just spinning wheel .and nothing happens

The difference is that we have Exchange 2010 Hybrid with O365 ..
Anyone with simular experience ?
