I can only connect to a specific contact by adding them to a current meeting through "adding participants" because we have had a meeting together before and i can see them. however, i cannot connect to the same contact even though they are pinned to my speed dial. it says "sorry, we couldn't connect you" try again later.
this contact shows up as busy if we are in a meeting then goes to available when we disconnect in the speed dial contact so i know its the correct contact.. any suggestions?
