I know that u can see only 4 users video, but i see only video of 1 user.The question is how i could setup conversation so i can see at least 4 users video?
I guess that you are using Teams in your web browser, so that is why you only see one speaker. Instead download the desktop client and you will be able to see four active speakers. https://teams.microsoft.com/download
