My apologies if this is a duplicate but I couldn't find a discussion that matched this exact scenario. We have a Macbook Pro connected to a Dell monitor via USB-C. When this user joins a Teams call and shares the screen, the camera feed will freeze after the screen sharing is stopped. This issue seems to only occur while connected to a monitor and disconnecting/reconnecting from the monitor gets the camera feed going again. I expect it's some obscure hardware issue but I thought I would ask. Has anyone run into this before?
