Problem with assigning more than 100 participants automatically in breakout rooms

Copper Contributor

Does anyone have knowledge or experience in the matter of breakout rooms. We have been running a number of meetings with approx 160-180 participants, and used break out rooms. It is quite laborious as Teams only assigns 100 persons automatically, the rest, it seems, we need to assign manually. Any help on this issue?

@MHSSE I had a call this week with 146 screens and tried to do breakout rooms. It didnt go well. We had 88 people still in the main room and lots of people in breakout rooms by themselves. I am trying to figure out how to do better next time. Any thoughts?
