Hi All,
-I am currently looking to setup a boardroom for our several Desktop based users.
-We need a way to setup a room so that non-laptop users can come and sign into their o365 accounts and use any resources they require and join a teams meeting.
-We presumed we could have a dedicated PC in the room and have all users use this computer.
-Unfortunately, this would consume each individuals o365 E3 licenses.
-Is there any way we can create this scenario without changing the licensing type for 0365.
Thanks,

The ultimate is a Meeting Room System Meeting Room Systems, VoIP Phones, Headsets | Microsoft Teams
But that aside, you can use a single PC, but will need to implement kiosk licensing for that computer to keep from using the other licenses.

Thanks for the reply!,
Would the kiosk licensing allow the multiple users continue to access their o365 accounts without consuming their individual licenses?

@pauly1105 Hi, have a look at the Shared Computer Activation or Device Based Licensing, whatever fits your organization's needs.

Hi @ChristianBergstrom ,
Thanks for your response!
I have read the attached article which was insightful. If we needed multiple users who can access the same device with office, to view and share files over a teams meeting... would you personally go with the device base licensing?
