Would the kiosk licensing allow the multiple users continue to access their o365 accounts without consuming their individual licenses?

I have read the attached article which was insightful. If we needed multiple users who can access the same device with office, to view and share files over a teams meeting... would you personally go with the device base licensing?

  Hi, I would go for SCA and it sounds as if that would fit your scenario as well (at least with the info given).
