Adding the app to a team ends up adding 2 tabs to the channel

Hi Everyone 

I'm facing some problem when i upload the menifest file in new teams  some how it's creating 2 tabs on teams channel

To resolve this, you can:

• Check (and validate) the Manifest File:
  Ensure there are no duplicate entries for the “configurableTabs” section.
• Clean the Microsoft Teams cache:
  Clear Teams cache - Microsoft Teams | Microsoft Learn
