A delegate does an invite meeting

In the past when one of my delegate to a user that has audio conferencing assigned, always had the number show up in the invite.  Now a couple of days ago.  The conferencing number does not show.  Just the meeting itself.  Is this a permanent change?  Is there documentation to show my boss?

As per my understanding you are trying to use the Teams Meeting Delegation Feature. The feature used to work in SFB(Skype for Business) with the Audio Conferencing Services. But as of now in Microsoft Teams this feature is not yet released and Microsoft is already working on the same.
