Hi, I would recommend you to look into the Calling policy and configure the Busy on Busy configuration that would help to route the second call based on the users configuration to send the call to voicemail after 20-30seconds accordingly. Hi, As per understanding you do not want to display the Caller Id of the person who is calling in to the reception. Correct me if I am wrong on the understanding. You can configure the diversion header in the Attendant Console system for the business unit and check if that works. Hi, I am unsure how your Calling Policy is configured. But there is a policy that needs to be enabled that allows you to separate your external PSTN Calls vs internal calls and route the calls according. Hi, No Mexico's Calling Plan is separate totally from Zone1 and Zone2 coverage https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoftteams/calling-plans-for-office-365 Mexico has its own Domestic Calling Plan. Hi JackyRyan I would recommend trying this. Schedule the Meeting from Outlook. Delete the information populated by Outlook with the Teams Meeting Information and then paste the Old Meeting details with the Hyperlink of Join Meeting. I would recommend testing with Microsoft Booking as it allows you to customize the settings of what information is collected. Hi IanG562 I don't know of a way on the Phones to keep changing the status. But even if the Phone goes into the Away mode they should still be able to receive the call in that presence. Hi Max_D1590 Would like to understand your set up more. Are you using Microsoft Teams Calling Plans or Direct Routing or Operator Connect? Where are the DID hosted with the Operator or Microsoft? Hi John_M77 This is expected that you would not be able to join the companies Teams Meeting using your Outlook.com Teams. The feature to join the companies Teams Meeting using the outlook.com meeting is supposed to be released by the End of Feb 2024. Post which you would be able to join the meeting seamlessly. There is a caveat to that is the companies should enable the setting on their end to ensure that people from outlook,com can join their tenant meetings.
