How to Download videos from Microsoft Steam if you are not the one who uploaded them

Hello,

I would like to download videos  from Microsoft Steam but I'm not able to do it due to I'm not the one who uploaded it, the one who uploaded it already left the company, but we do need to download these video. Please suggest.

The M365 Global Admin or Stream (Classic) Admin can go into admin mode on the video and add additional people to be editors which will let them download it.

And those admins can also download videos.
