i received my MCP in 1998 and need to download the certificate
the dashboard and all certification support will not work since that company i worked for at that time has been purchased and all old email addresses are gone
Hi Steve- the support guys on the certification forums can help with this (similar thing happened to me!) post here: https://trainingsupport.microsoft.com/en-us/mcp/forum and they'll PM to you in a couple of days asking for the old account info so they can re-point it to your new email.
