I'm interested in seeing if there is a way to validate Form answers from a database or a list of acceptable answers. I have a form that I need to validate the answers before subletting and return back to the user that one of their responses are not allowed. The lists of allowed answers would be in the hundreds for this use application.

@Kpalu Forms is a very simple form submission app, there is no validation function on answers. You could use a flow in Power Automate that if an answer is not "correct" they have to submit a new form but apart from that what you want is not do-able with Forms.
