trouble with exporting data

I have a survey in MS-Forms that we are using for satisfaction feedback.  Starting late last week, I am unable to access my data and cannot export the data file anymore.  Hoping someone is able to assist with how to resolve or someone from Microsoft can help me through it.  Much appreciated, thanks.

This has resolved itself, and returned with a completely differently formatted output, but quite strange that it occurred in the first place.
