I have a website that maintains client data (in SQL Server), and would like to email populated Microsoft Forms to those clients for them to fill out and respond.
Not a survey, each very specific to each client using same template.
I believe I know how to setup a response action to update my db from returned responses, what I don't know is how to initiate the sending of a pre-populated Form in an email.
Any help truly appreciated.
