I was successful setting up Forms survey to a live doc, but after a few entries it stopped. Sharepoint icon shows up, but nothing gets added. Each entry was done in 10 minute intervals. So, I’m assuming it’s not too much info at one time. I erased the form and made a new one and same outcome. The few entries were uploaded then it stopped. Please assist. Thank you
