I've made a Form, Power Automate and Excel flow in order to capture data for a Covid-19 sign in procedure, but there's an issue with the form which has started displaying a notification, which says:
"This form might not be safe
We recommend you don't provide your personal or sensitive information. The form owner may potentially be trying to collect it."
It is correct in that I'm collecting some personal information in that I'm asking for people's names and phone numbers, but I am required to do this and have a legal basis to collect this data.
People can click on "Continue anyway (not recommended)," but it's putting people off completing the form. Is there any way to get rid of this notification page?
