Hi,
I have a form with 4 Fields A, B, C, D. Is there a way I can autofill fields B, C, D depending on values user inputs like if a user enters A as a city, fields B - state and C-Country will autofill?

@Mosam_D no this isn't possible yet in the in the standard Microsoft Forms, you'd need a Power Apps form for this.

@Mosam_D yes Power Apps is an Office 365 app. You can either create standalone apps using SharePoint, Excel or other platforms as a data source, or you can have a customised form from your SharePoint list. Click Power Apps in the menu above the list and then select Customised forms.

Did you get this figured out? I need the same thing, and I couldn't find the trigger in Power Automate. I need to auto populate a checkbox for one question based on another multiple-choice answer. This is different than branching.

@minty775 there is no trigger in Power Automate to do this. A flow can only get each response submitted, not send data to the form. It is not possible in Forms to autopopulate a checkbox or any other answer based on a previous answer.

@Rob_Elliott Thank you! It seems I'm always needing something that doesn't exist! I wish I could create it.
