Difference between a Form and a Quiz?

Forms seem like it could be promising, but what's the difference between a Form and a Quiz? They seem to have the exact same functions and capabilities.

The difference between the two is that in Quizes you can add answers and scores, plus add math type question and equations etc. 

Plus you can provide feedback on the users selected answer. Explaining why it is right or wrong. 

There is also a count of the scores awarded.

There appears to be another difference. In Forms the Post Score option is missing in the Response tab. Is there any way of having this option avaliable in Forms?
