MS Bookings Doesn't Work When People within Same Organization Have Different Account Types

Hi, I'm a professor at Texas A&M with access to MS Bookings as part of my university MS 365 account, but my students don't have the same access to MS Bookings or an Exchange calendar as part of their MS 365 accounts. Consequently, when my students click on my MS Bookings link to book my office hours, it produces an error message. The only work around is for my students to click on the MS Bookings link in incognito mode, but that work around doesn't work for everyone. Can someone at Microsoft kindly fix the issue? I have been back-and-forth with the university IT, they tried everything on their end, and there is no solution.
