I have 3 staff members and a certain visit type. I want Bookings to select one staff member only at random (not the select all staff available) for the appointment, and NOT allow any other appointments to be made at that time.
Example of what I want: Patient A schedules a screening visit for 8:30 to 10:00AM. Bookings randomly assigns Staff A and does not assign Staff B and C. Bookings then blocks the calendar for 8:30 to 10:00AM.
Another option is for Bookings to always assign Staff A PLUS either Staff B or C, and then block the calendar according to Staff A's availability.
How can I accomplish this?
