Booking page and "bad request" message

Copper Contributor

We created a Booking page and published it to our employees only. The link to this bookings page was sent via Outlook. However, a lot of users are getting a "Bad Request" message after they open the link.

Why this problem occurred and what can be done so that peole can get an access to this page? What can we do to avoid this problem in the future?

Same issue here. Booking page was working fine the last months and stopped working some days ago. But it's not a general issue, for some users it's working.

@Kaisav

Same error here. It seems there is a problem with the bookings service. hope that will be fixed fast.

Workaround:

If the Bookings page runs into a "Bad request" error, open https://outlook.office365.com in the same browser and then open the respective Bookings page again
Hello,
Same problem, any temporary solution?
Did you clear browsers cache and cookies?
It maybe syntax error, or framing, en-routing, have you contacted the system administrator?

@Kaisav Any solutions?

i have the same problem

Hello,

Some users got help from this workaround.
Hello,

Hello,

Yes i have contacted the system administrator but we didn't find solution. I reported it as an issue in the Admin Center but i haven't received an answer yet.

It doesn't work for us @Kaisav

Seems Microsoft did change something... the workaround is no longer reliable.

Hi, the workaround worked for me on Tuesday but today I get the bad request everytime, even when Outlook is opened. I also dont want to tell every colleague they have to open Outlook in the browser before, Bookings isnt usable for me anymore. Please fix this bug as soon as possible, i dont want to search for a non-microsoft program to organize this.

thanks! - this one worked

Hi,

Is there any update on this topic ? All our Bookings pages are showing the "Bad Request" message, no way around it (tried to clean cache, open via OWA,...).

Best regards,
