Unable to log into Bing Custom Search

Hi two days ago my website's search engine store working (https://aalbc.com/search.php?find=Troy+Johnson…). I discovered Microsoft's ended Bing Search APIs via Azure Cognitive Services and migrated it to their Bing APIs through Azure Marketplace.

I signed up for a paid version of this service with my business account (email address removed for privacy reasons Subscription ID: a8d1bbf8-c1f6-4726-8ac2-bda9e50dc617).

Now when trying to login https://customsearch.ai to create an instance that limits search to my domain, I'm sent to the "Azure Services Terms" screen. When I accept the terms, I'm send back to the login screen and this loop continues. See YouTube video: https://youtu.be/sJrEj3eOVCo 

I cleared my cache and tried three different browser and my cell phone.  None of this helps.

Please help me login to my Bing Custom Search so that I can create a news instance and get my site's search engine working again -- thanks!

The exact same thing is happening to us. Logging in to the Bing Custom Search portal is impossible because there is a loop from the terms of service acceptance page. Also, I can't find any way to actually get some live support.

Please post if you have found a workaround or a support method that works.
