Issue: Accessing Business Account on Bing Places for Business
I recently have been signed out of two of my business Bing accounts. Upon signing in, I get a notification that says: Every time I try logging in I get that notification. Even though it is only associated with the email I have. I ultimately decided to make another account and try to reclaim my business. However, when asking for permission to manage the account, it requires approval from the account I cannot get into. Does anyone have any guidance? It keeps sending me through a loop.lynkay139Aug 06, 2026Copper Contributor499Views1like2CommentsBing Maps App (Android/Samsung) opens GoogleMaps
Good day, I have installed Bing App on Android phone. I can search a location, say Munich, I can click on "Navigate" the app moves to Bing Maps and I am shown the itinerary. If I press start the app opens googlemaps. I would like to use the navigation in BingMaps? Anybody an idea?BenKirchhAug 05, 2026Copper Contributor1KViews1like2CommentsBing Wallpaper app - "Desktop click opens Bing" ignored...
Surely this bug is well known - it's been present for a month or so now. Steps to reproduce. Toggle setting: "Desktop click opens Bing" On then Off. Clicking the Desktop will open Bing - once. Every day or so (it's hard to know), a desktop click also opens Bing. Please fix Microsoft - it's a real PITA! :) Cheers, Duncan.DuncanMcC-NZJul 28, 2026Tin Contributor1.4KViews1like6CommentsCopilot on Edge Android InPrivate Now Requires Sign‑In — Guest Mode No Longer Accessible
Hello, I’m experiencing an issue when trying to use Copilot on the web while browsing in InPrivate mode on Microsoft Edge for Android. Until recently, I was able to open Copilot and start a guest conversation without signing in. This allowed me to keep separate chats easily. Starting today, whenever I open the Copilot website in an InPrivate tab, I immediately get a pop‑up screen that says: > Sign in to Copilot > Upload files, use Voice without limits, and make Copilot yours with memory across conversations. It then gives me three sign‑in options: Microsoft, Apple, and Google. None of these let me continue as a guest, and there is no “Maybe later” or “Continue without signing in” option anymore. Problem I am no longer able to access Copilot as a guest. The sign‑in screen appears every time, and I cannot bypass it. It seems like guest access has been removed, at least on Edge Android InPrivate. Expected Behavior Previously, Copilot allowed free guest access without requiring an account login. I would like to continue using Copilot in this way, especially for keeping conversations separate. Actual Behavior Copilot forces a sign‑in screen and does not allow guest access at all. Questions 1. Has guest access to Copilot been officially removed? 2. Is this change intentional or a temporary bug? 3. Can the previous behavior be restored so users can chat without signing in? Scenario Summary - Service: Copilot - Issue: Unable to open Copilot without signing in - Result: Copilot shows the “Sign in to Copilot” screen and blocks guest access - Device: Microsoft Edge (Android), InPrivate mode Any clarification or fix would be appreciated. since i was giving Edge Chromium Beta a test, i thought i'd try Bing as my first attempt. i'd put my search engine skills at a C+ or B-, but at least 40% of the time, i couldn't find what i was looking for. switch over to Google, and it bumps up to 85-90%. is there a way (like a program to opt into?) to rate a search result? or as a non-employee, is the only other option really to wait until it improves?Solvedplonk420Jul 13, 2026Copper Contributor2.7KViews0likes4CommentsHow Do You Stay Productive While Remote working?

Hello Bing Webmaster Community, I am hoping someone from the Bing team or the community can help me here, as I have been unable to get a response from support despite raising 3 tickets over the past 2 months. Website: https://inevia.co/ Ticket Reference: REQ00199330 (raised 19 Jan 2026) Ticket Reference: REQ00202838 (raised 4 Feb 2026) Ticket Reference: REQ00209233 (raised 6 March 2026) THE PROBLEM My site was performing normally on Bing until late December 2025. Since then, impressions and clicks have dropped to near zero. The graph shows brief spikes in December and January, followed by a complete crash from February 2026 onwards. This cycling pattern suggests algorithmic suppression rather than a technical issue on my end. WHAT I HAVE ALREADY DONE - robots.txt verified - Bingbot not blocked - No noindex tags on any pages - Sitemap submitted and returning 200 status - All key URLs manually re-submitted via URL Submission - IndexNow enabled - No security warnings or manual action flags in Webmaster Tools - Fetch as Bingbot - pages render correctly - URL Inspection checked - inner pages not recrawled since October 2025 WHAT I NEED HELP WITH 1. Has https://inevia.co/ been algorithmically suppressed or flagged? 2. Why have inner pages not been recrawled since October 2025? 3. What specific steps can I take to restore normal indexing? Any help from the Bing team or community members who have faced a similar issue would be greatly appreciated. This has been going on for over 2 months and is seriously impacting our business. Thank you.rindap-ineviaJul 12, 2026Copper Contributor331Views0likes1CommentRank Math IndexNow Returns Success but Bing Doesn't Reflect URL Submissions
Hi everyone, I'm using the Rank Math SEO plugin to automatically submit new and updated URLs to Bing through IndexNow. My website is: https://bloxvalues.net/ Rank Math reports that the IndexNow requests are being sent successfully, and the API key has been generated correctly. However, I don't see the submitted URLs appearing in Bing Webmaster Tools, and recently updated pages don't seem to be processed any faster. I've confirmed that: - IndexNow is enabled in Rank Math. - The API key is accessible. - My site is verified in Bing Webmaster Tools. - The URLs are publicly accessible. Has anyone experienced a similar issue with Rank Math's built-in IndexNow integration? Is there a delay before submissions appear in Bing Webmaster Tools, or is there another way to verify that Bing has successfully processed the submitted URLs? Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks!Farooq90Jul 04, 2026Copper Contributor154Views0likes2Comments
