Site impressions dropped to near-zero since Jan 2025 — 3 tickets raised, no response from support
Hello Bing Webmaster Community, I am hoping someone from the Bing team or the community can help me here, as I have been unable to get a response from support despite raising 3 tickets over the past 2 months. Website: https://inevia.co/ Ticket Reference: REQ00199330 (raised 19 Jan 2026) Ticket Reference: REQ00202838 (raised 4 Feb 2026) Ticket Reference: REQ00209233 (raised 6 March 2026) THE PROBLEM My site was performing normally on Bing until late December 2025. Since then, impressions and clicks have dropped to near zero. The graph shows brief spikes in December and January, followed by a complete crash from February 2026 onwards. This cycling pattern suggests algorithmic suppression rather than a technical issue on my end. WHAT I HAVE ALREADY DONE - robots.txt verified - Bingbot not blocked - No noindex tags on any pages - Sitemap submitted and returning 200 status - All key URLs manually re-submitted via URL Submission - IndexNow enabled - No security warnings or manual action flags in Webmaster Tools - Fetch as Bingbot - pages render correctly - URL Inspection checked - inner pages not recrawled since October 2025 WHAT I NEED HELP WITH 1. Has https://inevia.co/ been algorithmically suppressed or flagged? 2. Why have inner pages not been recrawled since October 2025? 3. What specific steps can I take to restore normal indexing? Any help from the Bing team or community members who have faced a similar issue would be greatly appreciated. This has been going on for over 2 months and is seriously impacting our business. Hi everyone, I'm using the Rank Math SEO plugin to automatically submit new and updated URLs to Bing through IndexNow. My website is: https://bloxvalues.net/ Rank Math reports that the IndexNow requests are being sent successfully, and the API key has been generated correctly. However, I don't see the submitted URLs appearing in Bing Webmaster Tools, and recently updated pages don't seem to be processed any faster. I've confirmed that: - IndexNow is enabled in Rank Math. - The API key is accessible. - My site is verified in Bing Webmaster Tools. - The URLs are publicly accessible. Has anyone experienced a similar issue with Rank Math's built-in IndexNow integration? Is there a delay before submissions appear in Bing Webmaster Tools, or is there another way to verify that Bing has successfully processed the submitted URLs? Any suggestions would be appreciated. Request for Copilot Improvements for Context‑Specific Reasoning for all users
Hello Microsoft Team, I am writing to request an improvement to Copilot’s behavior in certain legal‑analysis conversations to apply for all users. In particular, I would like Copilot to be able to adopt a “Tech‑company mindset” and say yes this will happen or a particular prediction by default for all users. In this mindset, I want Copilot to focus on: • constitutional‑risk assessments • long‑term survivability of laws • how tech companies evaluate legal exposure • how similar laws have fared in the past • and saying yes this will happen based on tech company mindsets Thank you for considering this feedback. Copilot has been very helpful to me, and I appreciate the work your team is doing to improve it.
keeping the Bing streak going
I have been using Bing for over 4 years now, and nothing frustrates me more than when I am doing my daily Bing activities, it sometimes takes me 3-4, even 5 tries to get credit for that activity. And, worse, and it's happening more frequently, Bing notifies me that despite my completing my daily set, I missed a day. And when I complain to Microsoft support they tell me that in fact I did miss a day. I'm seriously considering is it even worth it to play these stupid daily activities to keep a streak going, only to have it fail on a regular basis. No amount of Bing "rewards" is worth that aggravation and frustration. I'm seriously considering cashing out my Bing points, removing Bing from my PC, and going back to Google.
400 Robux reward disappeared after my redemption was declined – anyone else?
Hi everyone, I’m really confused and frustrated right now. I spent about 5 months earning 6,750 Microsoft Rewards points and redeemed them for the 400 Robux digital code on March 2, 2026. The order was marked as “Declined,” and my points were returned. However, after that, the 400 Robux option completely disappeared from my rewards dashboard. Now only the 800 and 1000 Robux options are available. I earned all my points fairly and followed the program rules. The 400 Robux reward was available at the time I redeemed it, so I don’t understand why it was declined and then removed. Has this happened to anyone else? Does this usually mean it’s out of stock? Does it come back? Is there any way support can manually allow redemption? I’m just trying to redeem what I worked toward. Any advice would really help.
