Why is my website not showing up on Bing search results?
Hi everyone, I submitted my site to Bing Webmaster Tools a few days ago, and it shows that the pages are indexed, but when I search my domain or specific keywords, it doesn’t appear anywhere in Bing results. I’ve checked robots.txt and sitemap — both seem fine. Is there a delay or some specific SEO requirement Bing prefers that I might be missing? Any insights or similar experiences would help!
Issue: Accessing Business Account on Bing Places for Business
I recently have been signed out of two of my business Bing accounts. Upon signing in, I get a notification that says: Every time I try logging in I get that notification. Even though it is only associated with the email I have. I ultimately decided to make another account and try to reclaim my business. However, when asking for permission to manage the account, it requires approval from the account I cannot get into. Does anyone have any guidance? It keeps sending me through a loop.
Site Suddenly Removed from Bing Search Results – Request for Assistance
Hello, I recently launched a new website and published several blog posts. Initially, the site was receiving impressions and clicks from Bing search. However, all search activity has suddenly stopped without warning. I have already contacted Bing Webmaster Support but did not receive a satisfactory reply, and my ticket was closed. In Bing Webmaster Tools, I see no errors or warnings related to my site. Could you please assist or advise on any steps I can take to resolve this issue and have my site re-included in Bing search results? Thank you for your attention. My Website Suddenly Disappeared from Bing Index – No Errors, No Response from Support
Hey everyone, I’m facing a frustrating issue with Bing, and I could really use some help. My website suddenly disappeared from Bing’s index for no apparent reason. There are no warnings, no manual actions, and no crawl errors in Bing Webmaster Tools. I’ve already reached out to Bing support four times, but I haven’t received a single response. At this point, I don’t know what else to do. Has anyone else experienced this? Any advice on how to get Bing to reindex the site or how to actually get a response from their support team? How does a non-profit sign up to receive donations from Bing Rewards?
I have accumulated several points and would like to donate them to a non-profit. However, many of the non-profits that I would like to donate to are not available in the list! Surely this bug is well known - it's been present for a month or so now. Steps to reproduce. Toggle setting: "Desktop click opens Bing" On then Off. Clicking the Desktop will open Bing - once. Every day or so (it's hard to know), a desktop click also opens Bing. Please fix Microsoft - it's a real PITA! :) Cheers, Duncan.
Website index but not showing on result
My website is indexed successful on bing and I've been getting up to 100 search clicks a day from Bing. Recently I stop getting traffic from Bing. I check that my pages are indexed using the URL inspection tool. But when I check using site:https://websitename.com to check if I appear on Bing at all, it shows some results have been removed. I did the same with some other URLs of my website and it's still the same. What could be the problem? I have deselected almost all notifications including "Top Stories" in settings / notifications because I am not interested in that. I only left app updates, weather alerts, rewards, community updates. Still, I am receiving notifications marked "Popular Now" which are news clickbait crap. The app was already removed and reinstalled, did not help anything. Any ideas how to inform developers to remove this bug?
Question about generative search and visibility for businesses
How does genAI search work, and how does a business become one of the answers genAI gives? How do you get into the 'training data' if that is required. For a new business, they simply won't be in the training set when they launch, so it's going to be very hard to be found. Of course the current issue with the black art of seo is also difficult (I'm experiencing pain for our business as I create a new website because although our seo is ok, our speed is in the toilet so getting punished). So I see an issue for new business, and a lot of it is going ot be small business, trying to get some roots, trying to generate some leads organically. It's not even really clear where the marketing budget of the future goes when it comes to digital and generative search.cannot remove master chief halo theme
Hello, I know this sounds like a very stupid question, but I literally cannot remove this theme for some reason. earlier today, I accidentally clicked on it and didn't think much of it. but now, I can't find the option to remove it 😭 any feedback would be helpful. thanks.
