iOS Bing app sends notifications that are turned off
I have deselected almost all notifications including "Top Stories" in settings / notifications because I am not interested in that. I only left app updates, weather alerts, rewards, community updates. Still, I am receiving notifications marked "Popular Now" which are news clickbait crap. The app was already removed and reinstalled, did not help anything. Any ideas how to inform developers to remove this bug?
Website index but not showing on result
My website is indexed successful on bing and I've been getting up to 100 search clicks a day from Bing. Recently I stop getting traffic from Bing. I check that my pages are indexed using the URL inspection tool. But when I check using site:https://websitename.com to check if I appear on Bing at all, it shows some results have been removed. I did the same with some other URLs of my website and it's still the same. What could be the problem? Website is indexed but not showing on Bing's search result.
Question about generative search and visibility for businesses
How does genAI search work, and how does a business become one of the answers genAI gives? How do you get into the 'training data' if that is required. For a new business, they simply won't be in the training set when they launch, so it's going to be very hard to be found. Of course the current issue with the black art of seo is also difficult (I'm experiencing pain for our business as I create a new website because although our seo is ok, our speed is in the toilet so getting punished). So I see an issue for new business, and a lot of it is going ot be small business, trying to get some roots, trying to generate some leads organically. It's not even really clear where the marketing budget of the future goes when it comes to digital and generative search.

Hey everyone, I’m facing a frustrating issue with Bing, and I could really use some help. My website suddenly disappeared from Bing’s index for no apparent reason. There are no warnings, no manual actions, and no crawl errors in Bing Webmaster Tools. I’ve already reached out to Bing support four times, but I haven’t received a single response. At this point, I don’t know what else to do. Has anyone else experienced this? Any advice on how to get Bing to reindex the site or how to actually get a response from their support team? Bing Webmaster Support Team - Not Responding to any support tickets
Hi, I have been referred to come here by the bing forums. It has been extremely frustrating to get someone from the support team to advise and unblock our website which was being indexed as normal last year but the past 6+ Months we have been trying to get in touch with submitting multiple tickets. Not one single engineer or support advisor has gotten back to us in regarding to why our website is no longer being indexed at all and getting blocked. Could I please get an update and acknowledgement of why there has been a massive error in our website getting blocked? And can you please unblock our website which adheres to strict SEO guidelines? WebStemp was connected to Microsoft Bing. I had uploaded my site and it was getting traffic, even a good amount of clicks compared to its first month performance. Then suddenly Bing started deleting my URLs. After that, even though my URLs were still shown as indexed, my articles stopped appearing in Microsoft Bing and I lost all my traffic. Now my site constantly shows as 'Processing 5.' Why am I getting this error and how can it be fixed? trioner.com
keeping the Bing streak going
I have been using Bing for over 4 years now, and nothing frustrates me more than when I am doing my daily Bing activities, it sometimes takes me 3-4, even 5 tries to get credit for that activity. And, worse, and it's happening more frequently, Bing notifies me that despite my completing my daily set, I missed a day. And when I complain to Microsoft support they tell me that in fact I did miss a day. I'm seriously considering is it even worth it to play these stupid daily activities to keep a streak going, only to have it fail on a regular basis. No amount of Bing "rewards" is worth that aggravation and frustration. I'm seriously considering cashing out my Bing points, removing Bing from my PC, and going back to Google.
Places For Business listing - I don't recall creating one
Hi Guys, long story short, my business details are on Bing, showing my full home address & incorrect trading details. I've been trading since 2005. I don't ever recall setting this up & have tried every login I have ever had for Microsoft but when I try to log in to the Business For Places site regardless of what method or account, it just bounces me back to the Authentication page, hence I cannot even contact support. Has anyone got any idea if you can contact support without being logged in, or any ideas on what I can do. It's rather urgent I get my home address removed asap due to reasons I won't go into publicly but the police have advised I do this as soon as possible.
