Microsoft Bing's AI Image Creator refuses to generate images

The Microsoft Bing AI Image Creator has stopped generating images for me, 
every time I want to generate an image a message is displayed:



"You can no longer submit prompts.
Please wait until other creations in progress have completed before attempting to create again."

What causes this and how to fix this error/problem?

Sound like it thinks you're generating something. You might try deleting your cookies and rebooting. If you were getting content erros try using a basic prompt.
