How can I add my insta handle (containing a dot) to my Bing profile?

Hi, I created a Bing profile (for my business). I then could add socials to the profile, but...it doesn't accept the new instagram handels with dots (It says "User handle must be between 1 and 30 characters (inclusve) and only contain letters, numbers, and underscores "!) Anyone know a way around this? Thanks!

So, I chatted with Microsoft support, and you know what their answer was? THEY HAD THE AUDACITY TO GIVE ME INSTRUCTIONS HOW TO CHANGE MY INSTAGRAM HANDLE ON INSTAGRAM!! Can you believe it? Instagram has been allowing dots (.) in their usernames for 5+ years...but no, if you want your handle in your profile, you need to be old-fashioned :)))

(Shouting out into the void...hope to get a reply and better intel ;))
