I dont know if this is something widespread, or if we're the only ones suffering from it.
We've added all the URLs & IP addresses listed on the Office 365 URLs and IP address list (that's a mouthful), and yet we still get activation failures, with IP addresses showing up as blocked by the firewall when I run netstat -ano during an activation attempt.
Once we add these IP addresses, it then works fine. But none of these IP addresses are ever published anywhere, meaning we have to wait until activation fails, then fix it.
An example of one we had today is 13.84.150.209. If anyone can find a Microsoft page where that IP address is listed, i'd appreciate being linked to it so i can check against other IP addresses we've had to add. We've had this regularly, so it's not a one-off issue.
