Synchronize User Settings Between Devices

When I use a private Microsoft 365 account, I can synchronize device settings between devices. However, if I use a Microsoft 365 business account, the setting is disabled. In Windows Settings -> Accounts, I see a message like this: 'Synchronization not available for your account. Contact the system administrator to solve the issue.' I cannot understand where to enable this synchronization. How can I do it? Can you help me? Thanks. CB

Are you the tenant admin or did you contact them for the policy if not?
