Yes, but the devil is in the details. Since the MX record can point to only one system, you will need to configure some form of forwarding to the other. Connectors are the usual solution in Exchange, sometimes combined with transport rules. For simpler scenarios, you might as well be able to configure this by simply creating mail users/mail contacts or using forwarding rules.
