Outlook Inbox not populating

Outlook Inbox not populating in new Business 365 administered account. It has received one email only from it's beginning and stopped. No error messages anywhere else in suite, and One drive within same account is syncing as far as I know.

 

I haven't got time to delve into setting up this account, it should work.
