Hello -
Situation:
Team Member A sent out a meeting request, Team Member B accepted the request.
Team Member A is received 10+ acceptances a day, Team Member B's sent folder shows the acceptances being sent.
Attempted Repairs: (on Team Member B)
Updates Office
Ran a Full Online Repair
Does anyone have any suggestion that will fix this issue?

That usually happens when there are mobile devices involved, such as the user having his mailbox configured in the default mail app on iOS. That would be my first point of troubleshooting, disable the device temporary.
