Office 365 Business: Outlook unable to add private email account

is there any limitation that within Outlook, which I use on my private computer (as part of Office 365 business plan I am allowed to use Office 365 on up to 5 devices at home) to add private email accounts? It seems to me that I cannot add any private email account, only my company's email address is accepted.

No, you can add any account. Now, if your personal device is under effect of an Intune/Office cloud policy, there might be certain restrictions applied, so best talk to your IT folks.

@Vasil Michev Hi, many thanks! So this must be something related to our IT policy, and not Microsoft which changed its policy. I will ask our folks then.
